- Choosing a door: tell us your pet’s shoulder height, and whether the door goes in glass (single or double glazing) or a timber, uPVC or metal door. A photo of the door helps. Or try the door finder.
- An order: include your order number.
- A spare part: send the model code moulded into the frame (for example G-DD or W-CD), or a photo of the door.
- A warranty claim: follow the steps on the warranty page.
- A return: see returns & refunds.
