Lock it properly again
The locking dial is the part you turn every night. If yours is cracked, spinning, stiff or missing, a new set restores all four settings: entry only, exit only, both ways and locked.

Care
Wipe with a damp cloth. No solvents or abrasive pads.
Warranty
Covered against manufacturing defects. Keep your proof of purchase. This sits alongside, and does not limit, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
How to fit it
- 1Remove the cover cap. Pry or lift it off to reach the fixing screw.
- 2Undo the fixing screw. It holds the inside and outside sections of the dial together.
- 3Separate the old dial. Pull the two sections apart from either side. If it is damaged, wiggle gently rather than forcing it against the frame.
- 4Fit the new dial. Line up the inside and outside sections through the frame and tighten the fixing screw.
- 5Cap it and check. Press the cover cap over the screw. The dial should click firmly into all four positions — if it spins, tighten the screw a little more.
- 6Refit the door. Screw it back so it is held firmly, but do not overtighten — in glass that can start a run in the pane.

Before you buy
Which doors does the G-LDDDW fit?
Glass-Fitting Intermediate Dog Door, Dual Glaze (G-IDDW); Glass-Fitting Intermediate Dog Door, Slim Line (G-IDDSLW); Glass-Fitting Medium Dog Door, Dual Glaze (G-DDW); Glass-Fitting Medium Dog Door, Slim Line (G-DDSLW); Wood-Fitting Medium Dog Door (W-DDW). Each door colour takes a specific dial colour — this list is exact.
What is in the set?
Inside dial section, outside dial section, fixing screws, cover caps.
Do I need tools?
A screwdriver. Take the door out first, then the dial comes apart at its fixing screw.
Does the door have to come out?
It is strongly recommended, especially in glass. Remove the four screw caps and screws, separate the inner and outer frames, change the dial on the bench, then refit.
What do the four settings do?
Entry only, exit only, both ways, or locked both ways. A correctly fitted dial clicks firmly into each one.
Does it fit the wood-fitting Medium dog door too?
Yes. The same white set fits the Dogwalk® Wood-Fitting Medium Dog Door (listed above) — order this code for either.
