UV-stabilised polycarbonate flaps for a clouded or cracked door — one for each door family. Match the model code moulded into your frame, or the flap size, to the part.
4-way locking dial sets
Restores open / in-only / out-only / locked. Clear, white and grey to match the frame — the “Which parts fit my door?” finder above shows which set fits your door and colour.
Security clips & collar magnets
The security clip holds the dial of a glass-fitting Dogwalk® door in the fully-locked position. The collar magnet is the key to a Multi-Magnetic cat door — one per cat.

Can I get a replacement flap for an old Catwalk or Dogwalk door?
Yes. We stock genuine flaps for all nine door families; the model code is moulded into the frame of most doors. Match the code to the flap on the spares page, or email a photo of your door and we will identify it. Each flap’s page shows how it fits, with a printable guide.
What spare parts do you sell?

How do I know which model I have?
Look for the code on the frame — G-DD, W-CD and so on — or measure the flap: 165 × 180 mm is the Standard cat door, 187 × 190 the Maxi, 216 × 237 the Intermediate, 270 × 300 the Medium. The replacement flap guide shows where to look on each model. Still unsure? Email a photo.
How do I fit a replacement flap?
It depends on the door, and it can stay where it is. Side-locking flaps (G-CD, W-CD, W-SDD, W-MCD) flex out of the frame channels and the new one flexes in, no tools. Hinge-plate flaps (G-SDD, G-IDD, G-DD, W-DD) take a screwdriver: hinge cover, three caps, three screws. Either way the new magnet must pull towards the frame magnet before you press it into the flap.
